Applicability
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all websites, mobile applications, and social media platforms operated by or for Perfect Walls LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Perfect Walls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Collectively, these are referred to as the “Site.”
By accessing the Site or engaging with Perfect Walls´ services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site or our services.
These Terms do not apply to websites or services governed by separate terms or agreements, including franchisees of Perfect Walls. In case of any conflict between these Terms and your Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
Service Agreement Priority
If you have entered into a separate Service Agreement with Perfect Walls for specific services, those terms take precedence in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
General Provisions
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other supplemental terms or policies provided by Perfect Walls, form the legally binding agreement between you and Perfect Walls.
Perfect Walls reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion, with or without notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Site, you consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Naperville, Illinois.
Use of the Site
When accessing or using the Site, you agree to the following:
- You will not use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- You will not post content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Perfect Walls reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, software, and design elements, is the property of Perfect Walls or used with permission.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative works of any content on the Site are strictly prohibited. You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.
Privacy and Security
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, if applicable, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Perfect Walls immediately of any unauthorized account access.
Payment Terms and Prepayment Plans
- General Payment Terms: Payments can be made via the Site or other approved methods. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
- Prepayment Plans: If you opt for a prepayment plan, your account will automatically convert to ongoing status once funds are depleted unless you contact us to cancel services.
- Auto-Renewal Authorization: By enrolling in auto-renewal, you authorize Perfect Walls to charge your payment method for future services until cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Services may be canceled by contacting Perfect Walls via (630) 528-1955 or info@perfectwalls-llc.com. Depending on the timing and type of cancellation, fees may apply as detailed in your Service Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Perfect Walls makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Perfect Walls does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not responsible for issues beyond its control, such as network disruptions or third-party actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Perfect Walls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
- Perfect Walls´ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Perfect Walls in the three months preceding the incident or $50, whichever is greater.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
You and Perfect Walls agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION BODY] under its applicable rules.
- Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, and neither party shall participate in class or collective actions.
- Exceptions: Claims eligible for small claims court are exempt from arbitration.
Digital Content Submissions
You agree that any content or information you submit to the Site, such as reviews, photos, or feedback, may be used by Perfect Walls for promotional purposes without compensation.
Mobile Application Usage
If Perfect Walls offers a mobile application, usage is subject to these Terms. Access and functionality may vary based on your device, provider, and location. Perfect Walls does not guarantee compatibility with all devices.
Marketing Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications. You may opt-out by:
- Replying “STOP” to SMS messages.
- Unsubscribing via the link in emails.
- Contacting Perfect Walls customer service.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Termination of Use
Perfect Walls reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Walls harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Perfect Walls regarding the use of the Site and services.
